All Products are hand painted and crafted using the finest materials. Subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. An irregular weave or print is not a defect. 'Handmade' by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. Colors may vary slightly as the colors you see on the website are monitor/screen dependent. We do not offer a warranty on such products as they are all handcrafted. However we are more than willing to help you out in case you face any problem in using your product. Your feedback will help us improve our quality for future also.

Free Shipping applies to all products on the website. We currently ship our products within India only. For international shipping, you may contact us. Some pin codes may not be covered by COD services. We will intimate this to you before confirming your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so any time before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we do not accept any cancellations. Our products are scanned for quality before shipping. Please check the products at the time of delivery. Incase you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours to process a return.
