We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, due to any issues, we will intimate you for the same.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information once your order is shipped.

Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left at the comments section during checkout. We are happy to accommodate your requests.

Free Shipping

All orders for delivery within India, qualify for Free Shipping and you will be notified of this option during checkout.
If you choose to pay by Cash on Delivery, please note that certain pin-codes may not be serviceable. Incase your order falls under an un-serviceable area, we will contact you for the same to provide you alternate payment methods.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in India on the website. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact us at crazypalette@gmail.com to place a special order.
We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders. However, we will assist you with the best shipping rates available to your destination. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
